Linsley is a psychologist specialized in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with over 16 years of experience providing social and clinical services across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. She currently combines her professional practice with her doctoral studies, which allows her to stay at the forefront and offer tools that are both effective and science-based.
Since 2012, she has been applying evidence-based methodologies to learning and development programs, always with one goal in mind: to improve how people experience their workplace. Through her company, Workplace Dynamics LLC, she helps organizations navigate change, foster authentic leadership, and cultivate healthier, more inclusive workplace cultures.
Her clients highlight her clarity, warmth, and commitment to creating environments where transparency, education, and mutual respect are part of everyday life—not the exception.
